This bright yellow medium hot pepper grows to around 12cm long, and the plant will be about 60cm in height. This pepper is smooth, waxy and bright yellow, but will mature to deep red if you leave it on the plant. At a relatively mild 5,000 - 10,000 Scoville Heat Units, Hungarian Hot Wax is one of the best for pickling, sliced or whole.
