Yoga & Tea Fall Bonfire
Join us for an evening of
~ 1.5 hour outdoor yoga & meditation
~ 1 hour herbal tea blending workshop
~ end the evening with fireside s'mores.
Laurie of Innerflame yoga will guide you in a grounding and energetically connected yoga practice. You will be lead into a meditation that is autumn focussed, towards transition and new beginnings, which she is wholeheartedly passionate about.
Emily of Mingle Hill will guide you through a interactive herbal tea blending workshop, with a take home of a bag of your own herbal tea blend, and 5 tasting tea blends.
Finish the evening over an open fire with everyone's favourite, s'mores.
