Our unique recipe of pickles begins with our Certified Organic cucumbers, dill and garlic grown on our farm.
Our garlic is a native garlic to our property which we cultivated over a number of years, to be our favourite garlic to use in many of our extraordinary recipes. This is a rare form of native garlic that grows only in select regions of Southern Ontario, between the two great lakes.
Our pickling spice recipe was discovered in an 1830s recipe book in a local museum. Used for decades as a family recipe, we began sharing with our supporters a few years ago. It has become one of our best sellers. 2024 Harvest SOLD OUT ~ will be harvesting again in July 2025
